Latest additions to the website

Our AGM is coming up soon. The Annual General Meeting will be held at the Senior Citizens Centre, Russell St, Bathurst at 10am on Wednesday, 24th March 2021, morning tea will be provided. All members are encouraged to attend the meeting to hear what is happening in your U3A and to vote for your new Committee members.  In line with Bathurst U3A Constitution, please lodge any proposed motions no later than Monday, 1st March.

We need nominations in some positions. Please put your name forward to help our Bathurst U3A continue in it’s prosperous position, especially if you are interested in becoming

  • Equipment Officer
  • Webmaster
  • Venues Coordinator 
  • Newsletter Editor
  • Treasurer.

Healthy and Active for Life Online

Healthy and Active for Life Online is a free healthy lifestyle and home exercise program for older adults.

The aim of the program is to build participants’ fitness, knowledge, skills and confidence to lead active and healthy lives.

The program was developed by the Centre for Population Health Active Ageing team and is delivered in partnership with Local Health Districts across NSW.
